   In order for there to be time travel, a physical recording of the world has to exist. Because in order to move a person, a physical body or object through time to another location, that location would have to exist in a physical construct. Within the theory, that only the present exist and physical time travel can not occur. But, time travel within the mind can.? With the correct training and focus one can mentally construct a location within their mind and play out a recreation of a moment in time. So time travel is less about moving bodies across space and more about convincing the mind to construct a mental projection of a time period. Much like watching a period movie/show, but within your head.
